The receptionist Vawda and collogues were very helpful.
As was Dr Jay in helping sorting out transport for me to get to Newcastle Hospital, they went out of their way to help, thank you.

Dr Baxter was lovely, very understanding.
It is difficult for me to attend appointments due to work. It would be great if I could book an appointment in advance.

Thank you for your comments about Dr Baxter. As she only works one day per week, the number of advanced appointments available for her are very limited. We do aim to offer some advanced appointments for all doctors up to 4 weeks ahead.

I always find the GP's in this practice very approachable and always willing to consider further care e g, X Ray scans or minor surgery.
The GP's are friendly yet professional and very understanding and caring. The receptionists are also approachable and helpful.
